You'll be getting rid of a vehicle taking up space in your garage, driveway or field and avoiding costly repairs and the headache and hassle of selling a vehicle. You'll also be helping us build funds for the Union Vale Library barn renovation whose sole purpose is to save the taxpayers money while building a great space for the community!

In addition to your car, you can also donate trucks, boats, motorcycles, trailers, motor homes, airplanes, ATVs, and watercraft. In order to be eligible for donation, a vehicle must have been purchased for personal use, as opposed to a vehicle held for resale to customers.

 

We have partnered with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to help run our vehicle donation program, CARS is also a nonprofit and has been processing vehicle donations for almost 20 years.

Most vehicles can be picked up within 24-72 hours. You'll receive an initial car donation receipt upon presenting the title at pick-up.

After you donate your vehicle to us and it is sold, you will receive a write-off for your charitable donation to the Union Vale Library Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization. You will receive the proper tax forms in time to file and we encourage you to speak with a tax advisor about any forms that need to be filed along with itemization of your deductions.
